Highway videography, similar to road videography, is a term used for the filming of a freeway and highway while also having music playing in the background. The term involved recording a freeway or a highway. These videos often have music playing in the background, with the original audio cut out. There may also be editing involved with it (speeding up footage, showing exits, information about the freeway or surroundings, etc.). The term has been used since the invention of the video camera, and around the early 1900s. == History == The video camera was first made in the 1920–30s, while camcorders were made around the 1970s. Cameras during the 1930s had some form of recording capabilities. However, with camcorders, recording videos became a much easier task. Since the invention of a camcorder, there have been many filming of road trips, usually parts or all of the entire trip. The early 1980s brought on camcorders being used for many purposes. Usually for capturing family moments or iconic landmarks. One purpose was filming of the freeway, highway or a roadway. Since the early 2000s, the internet was the next invention to come. With videos now given access to be shared with others, highway videography grew. It was not until YouTube was started on February 14, 2005, that a small amount of videos included filming of a roadway. YouTube has been the main source for highway videography, with other websites that provide videos are shown as well. Today, there are channels that dedicate to highway videography (marked as Travel & Events). Even though the view counts are not as big as other channels, many viewers are often curious and interested about the thumbnails for the videos. The channels usually have a decent amount of subscribers, and amount of views. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Highway videography」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
